Shipping & Returns

We do our best to insure fresh delivery of our almond cakes to customers within the United States. Should you have any issues with your delivery, please contact us directly. If you need bulk orders or local delivery, please contact Helen here.

 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All orders will be shipped via UPS/USPS for standard, residential addresses within the contiguous United States. PO Boxes, Military Addresses and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be sent via USPS. Orders received will be processed and delivered to our shipping carriers within 2-3 business days, notwithstanding any order processing issues. The shipping carrier’s standard delivery times then apply. To estimate your product arrival, please allow 2-3 business days of Point Clear Cakes processing time PLUS estimated delivery time. If product must arrive by a specific date, please email us to review the available shipping options at the most affordable rates. If there are any questions at all regarding shipping, please email us and we will work to answer your questions and accommodate any reasonable requests.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND REPLACEMENTS
No refunds or returns are offered for our online merchandise, with the exception of items received as defective/damaged. Defective items will be evaluated by management for either a replacement, exchange or return. Note: Shipping costs (when applicable) are not refundable unless the product was damaged, defective or the product/order issue was the result of an error by Point Clear Cakes.

UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Point Clear Cakes is not responsible for undeliverable or refused shipments by the recipient. In the event of a returned package to Point Clear Cakes, we will contact the customer regarding the situation and work to coordinate a new delivery. It is, however, the customer’s responsibility to pay for the incremental shipping charges if re-shipment is requested. If it is unable to be re-shipped, Point Clear Cakes will refund the amount of the order, less original shipping costs, to the customer.
