Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped via UPS/USPS for standard, residential addresses within the contiguous United States. PO Boxes, Military Addresses, and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be sent via USPS. Orders received will be processed and delivered to our shipping carriers within 2-3 business days, notwithstanding any order processing issues. The shipping carrier’s standard delivery times then apply. To estimate your product arrival, please allow 2-3 business days of Point Clear Cakes processing time PLUS estimated delivery time. If the product must arrive by a specific date, please email us to review the available shipping options at the most affordable rates.
